CorasWorks not only offers industry-leading products, we also offer world-leading support. CorasWorks support is available both online and telephone formats to ensure that our customers are as productive as they can be.

Our Premier Annual Support & Maintenance Plan provides you with the support services and software maintenance that helps ensure your success with CorasWorks and SharePoint. .

The benefits of the CorasWorks Premier Annual Support and Maintenance (PASM) Plan include:
  • Access to all new CorasWorks developed apps for FREE and product upgrades (major new product releases) for the CorasWorks products purchased during the length of the agreement.
  • Access to the Premier Section of the CorasWorks Community. This allows you to download CorasWorks created apps, starter templates, and software during your PASM period.
  • The ability to designate up to two individuals within your organization to serve as CorasWorks Support Contacts. Each support contact will be provided with a unique User ID and Password for the My Place in the CorasWorks Community and the Download library with 24x7 access.
  • Email support for technical CorasWorks product questions, with one business day response, for up to 25 email–based support requests per year.
  • Telephone support from 9 am to 6 pm US Eastern time for technical CorasWorks product questions with a same business day follow-up for any missed messages, for up to 10 incidents per year.
  • Access to the CorasWorks Community’s online support forums base for multiple contacts in your company.
  • Online training and education through our innovative learning center.
  • Subscription to the CorasWorks Customer Monthly email newsletter.
