Welcome to the November 2010 edition of the CorasWorks Community Update. We celebrate Thanksgiving in the United States tomorrow and for those of you across the world who may not be familiar with Thanksgiving, it’s a holiday we celebrate to express thankfulness, gratitude, and appreciation for all the good and wonderful things in our life. CorasWorks has a lot to be thankful for, starting with our dedicated customers and partners who invested in us and who continue to trust us to solve their business needs. We’re also thankful for all of you around the world who continue to express an interest in CorasWorks and keep us innovating, improving, and working to earn your business. Thank you to everyone!

- Just a reminder: you can mobile-enable our solutions, and access them from any phone with a browser. For example, with PPM, you can view and update project status and KPIs, add new tasks or update existing tasks, or even approve requests or other items.

Holiday Support Hours
CorasWorks’ offices will be closed in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday in the United States. The office will be closed from the evening of Wednesday, November 24th, through the morning of Monday, November 29th.
Although our offices are closed, the CorasWorks Community site is always available (http://community.corasworks.net). Common support questions are addressed via the Forums and Blogs, accessible from within the Community. In addition, we will be providing customer support for emergency issues. To receive customer support for emergency issues:
- Please leave us a phone message regarding your issue on the CorasWorks Support number: 703-797-1881 Option 4;
- Or email your issue to the CorasWorks Support email address (support@corasworks.net);
- CorasWorks will be responding to urgent requests as soon as possible.
Support for non-urgent issues left between the evening of November 24th through November 28th will be addressed when the office re-opens on Monday, November 29th, 2010. During this time, please feel free to visit the CorasWorks Community for more information (http://community.corasworks.net).
