Premier Annual Support and Maintenance Plan

The benefits of the CorasWorks Premier Annual Support and Maintenance (PASM) Plan include:

  • Access to all new solutions and product upgrades (major new product releases) for the CorasWorks products purchased during the length of the agreement.
  • Access to the Premier Section of CorasWorks Central, CorasWorks’ online community. The Premier section of Central which includes access to the Premier Extras – a site dedicated to new, unreleased web parts, custom templates, and custom solutions.
  • The ability to designate up to two individuals within your organization to serve as CorasWorks Support Contacts. Each support contact will be provided with a unique User ID and Password for CorasWorks Central and the Download library with 24x7 access.
  • Email support for technical CorasWorks product questions, with two business day response, for up to 25 email–based support requests per year.
  • Telephone support from 9 am to 6 pm US Eastern time for technical CorasWorks product questions, for up to 10 incidents per year. (Some markets have additional coverage. Ask your Account Representative if this applies to you).
  • Access to all patches and maintenance updates for the CorasWorks products purchased through CorasWorks Central.
  • Access to CorasWorks Central’s online knowledge base for multiple contacts in your company.
  • Online training and education components.
  • Subscription to the CorasWorks Customer Monthly email newsletter.
