Outlook Integration

The CorasWorks Workplace Suite provides the tools to bring all of your basic Microsoft Outlook functionality into your SharePoint environment, allowing you to see and work in your Inbox, Sent Items, Tasks and Contacts, right from your SharePoint interface.

If you have tasks, contacts and events that you want to push to Outlook for offline access, the Outlook Integration feature allows you to replicate aggregated data, such as a calendar of tasks across multiple projects from SharePoint to your Outlook. Outlook Integration supports Outlook 2000, Outlook XP, Outlook 2003, and Outlook 2007.

Specifically, you can:

  • Display your SharePoint contacts, events, and tasks in a summarized “Outlook Today” style.
  • Download SharePoint contacts, tasks, and events directly into Outlook for reminder notification and offline use.
  • Replicate contacts, tasks, and events from multiple lists or libraries from your SharePoint environment into a single view in your offline Outlook.
