SharePoint 2003

Our current release for the SharePoint 2003 platform is the CorasWorks Workplace Suite – Spring 2007. This release is the 10th major release of this industry–leading product. This release is specifically targeted to those organizations still on the SharePoint 2003 platform.

The new features and capabilities delivered by the Spring 2007 release of the Workplace Suite are focused on making end users more productive, and builds upon prior releases of the Workplace Suite which advance application development and design on SharePoint.

CorasWorks end users can look forward to new productivity enhancements such as:

• More Flexible Display Options – CorasWorks Active Display technology now enables end users to more easily select, modify, and rearrange their views and displays in SharePoint. Users can also quickly select or modify the columns that are included in sorting, filtering, grouping, and searching. Enhanced totaling and counting capabilities make it easier to leverage your SharePoint data for business decision making.
• Simplified and Streamlined Business Processes – CorasWorks’ Actions, which simplifies many standard tasks performed by users, have always been a favorite CorasWorks feature. Now, CorasWorks adds even greater flexibility and further simplifies Actions by allowing users to take multiple steps and accomplish multiple tasks with a single click.
• Business Ready Printing – Quickly and easily print Microsoft Word® and/or Excel® documents stored in SharePoint document libraries. Getting hard copies ready for an upcoming meeting is quick and easy. Even data viewed in CorasWorks calendar displays can easily be printed without including any of the surrounding navigation or other components on a page. This allows users to not only aggregate data from multiple calendars, but print that aggregated data.
• Several Additional Pre–Built Business Solutions – From Document Management and Publishing, to new Centralized Training and Strategic Planning, several new solutions have been added to the Workplace Suite Solution Set, each sure to enhance the productivity of any team.
