CorasWorks Licensing Policy

CorasWorks software products are licensed on a per–server basis with unlimited users. There is NO per–user element to our pricing. CorasWorks licensing policy requires a license for all production and development servers, both physical and virtual, where SharePoint is installed. Testing servers, where no development is done, do not require licenses. The Small Business Edition is licensed only to organizations with 100 or fewer employees.

CorasWorks offers a Premier Annual Support and Maintenance Plan. Please note that Annual Support and Maintenance for the first year is included as part of the initial software cost. The second year and beyond follow a subscription model.

CorasWorks creates an environment within the government for process improvement while tackling issues such as document management, program and project management, command calendaring, task management and efficient Roll-Ups for dashboarding for executive decision making.
