Tim Davenport, Former CEO Best Software, Joins CorasWorks Board

Expanded Board to Support Growth and Integration Strategy
Reston, VA - February 12, 2007 - CorasWorks Corporation, the leading worldwide provider of workplace application software on the Microsoft SharePoint collaboration platform, today announced that Tim Davenport, a respected CEO and Board Member in the high-tech industry, has been elected to its Board of Directors. The company expects that his addition to the Board will help accelerate both the company’s growth, and its strategy of integration with existing enterprise systems.

Over the past twenty years Tim Davenport has established an impressive track record in the technology industry, where he has held a number of CEO and Board posts.

Tim is the former CEO of Vastera, which was sold to JP Morgan Chase in 2005. Previously, Tim served as CEO of Best Software, where he oversaw the company's IPO in 1997 as well as its purchase by the Sage Group plc in 2000. He has also served as an executive with a number of public and private technology companies, including iCode, Lotus Development, Decision Resources, McGraw Hill and Ryder Systems. Tim has also held board positions in a number of successful technology companies, including Axent Technologies, Softrax and Made2Manage.
