Management Team

CorasWorks is lead by an experienced management team (each person has an average of 20 years of business experience). The team has been working together for more than 10 years, and they bring to CorasWorks an exceptional depth of experience in software and in particular the collaboration space and the Internet.

Gary Voight, CEO & President
Gary Voight is responsible for the strategy and overall results of CorasWorks Corporation. He has thirty years of experience leading large corporations and industry changing startups. Most recently, he was President and CEO at Archivas, Inc., a digital preservation software firm, that was acquired by Hitachi in February 2007. Under his direction, Archivas developed digital archiving software, and sold it to financial services, medical, government, services and educational enterprises.

Prior to joining Archivas, Gary was President and CEO of Software AG (Americas), where he grew the business to more than $200 million in revenue. He was Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Services of SAGA Software at the time of its acquisition by Software AG. Before SAGA Software, he was Vice President of Worldwide Transactions Systems at IBM/Transarc – where he was responsible for most of IBM’s application server, middleware, security and file systems products. Prior to his tenure at IBM and Transarc, he was Vice President of Sales at ISIS Distributed Systems, a subsidiary of Stratus Computer. In addition, he spent more than 13 years at Stratus Computer in a wide variety of field and headquarters positions. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

William Rogers, Co-Founder & Chief Workplace Architect
William Rogers is responsible for advancing the integrated virtual workplace within CorasWorks' customer and partner base as well as the broader business and IT community. From inception of CorasWorks in 2003 until 2007, Mr. Rogers served as President and CEO – leading the company from startup to market leader with more than 1,000 customers, 5,000 architects, builders, and developers, and a million deployed end-users.

Since 1999, William has been a leader in the Internet industry for web based, business applications. Prior to CorasWorks, he specialized in hosted application services on the Microsoft platform working in senior management positions for Cable & Wireless, Exodus, and marchFIRST (US Web/CKS). Prior to the Internet, Mr. Rogers was founder and/or Executive in a number of software companies creating client/server business applications. In the 1980's, he was in venture capital, investing in and creating companies in the telecommunications, circuit board, LAN, wireless, and software industries. He received his BA in Politics from Princeton University in 1981.

Richard White, Chief Financial Officer
Richard White is in charge of the day to day operations of CorasWorks. He brings over 20 years of operations, financial management, and technical program management to the organization.

Prior to joining CorasWorks, he was Program Manager for Microsoft Solutions at Cable & Wireless, the largest hosting company in the world on the Microsoft platform, where he managed the global cross-functional operations for the Microsoft platform. His previous experience was as General Manager with Textron and Kaywood Products. In these roles he managed operations under ISO 9001 and delivered the highest quality level worldwide in the automobile industry. He graduated from Old Dominion University in 1982.

Mark Ernstmann, Vice President, Corporate Development
Mark Ernstmann is responsible for all corporate development activities at CorasWorks, including identifying new markets, developing emerging businesses, and building strategic product relationships. In this role, he leverages more than 15 years of experience across multiple disciplines including project management, marketing, and business development.

Before CorasWorks, Mr. Ernstmann was with Exodus/Cable & Wireless where he was responsible for all marketing, business development, and strategic partnering activities for Microsoft Hosting Solutions. Before that, at USWeb/marchFIRST, he was Director of Project Management and Strategic Alliances for the company’s Microsoft Hosting division. Prior to joining USWeb, he worked for SAIC where he was instrumental in helping several government entities transition into the "Internet Age."

He received a Masters of Science in Management from the University of Maryland. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Communications from Missouri Southern University.

Adam Macaulay, Vice President, Technology
Adam Macaulay is responsible for research and development of the technology platform driving the success of CorasWorks products. He has over 10 years of experience developing Internet Applications that have taken internal, cost ineffective solutions and turned them into profitable internet applications that continue to exist today. His experience and vision has led to the continued rapid growth of the CorasWorks platform since its inception.

Over his years, he has lead development teams with companies such as Cable & Wireless, Exodus, marchFIRST, USWeb/CKS, Kaiser Permanente, American Bankers Association, and Primark. He was an early Internet entrepreneur, creating and selling Vision Internet Services, which focused on the development of Internet applications that replaced fat-client technologies.

Dan Naselius, Vice President, Services
Dan Naselius is responsible for Customer Support, Training and Education, and Solution Consulting at CorasWorks. He has more than 15 years experience in building successful software development and services organizations.

Mr. Naselius has held senior roles in a number of successful companies and government organizations. Prior to joining CorasWorks, he served as the Vice President of Customer Success at BrightWork. He also held senior roles with Litton PRC and OO-ALC/TIS which both received world class ratings of SEI-CMM Level 5 as a result. In addition he has consulted with companies covering 13 countries on developing and improving their software and services organizations. Mr. Naselius has a strong background in every part of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, and customer service and support.

He received a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton.

Emile Karam, Vice President, Products
Emile is responsible for CorasWorks’ overall product strategy and execution. Emile brings an ideal blend of technical knowledge and business acumen in delivering market–focused products that solve real–world business problems. Emile’s experience ranges from start–ups to enterprise technology companies and includes successful roles from software development to business development.

Prior to CorasWorks, Emile held product marketing and business development roles at i2 Inc., the leading worldwide provider of visual investigative analysis software. In product marketing at i2, Emile was responsible for defining and executing i2’s marketing strategy for its core products. In business development at i2, Emile helped build the company’s partnership program by forming and managing relationships with leading systems integrators, universities and complementary product companies.

Prior to i2, Emile was a Principal at AMS (now CGI), a large systems integrator and consulting firm, in the New Media and Communications group. Emile also spent time at Sun Microsystems in a strategic product marketing role focused on a disruptive technology.

He received a BS in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Marketing, Finance and Strategy from Vanderbilt University.
